The rooftop mechanical ventilation system servicing all levels of the building suffered from wear and tear due to its age and exposure and required replacement
We worked with our ventilation ductwork partner to design a suitable replacement system for the building and then oversaw the demolition and replacement of the system. The new and improved design allowed for increased ventilation airflow that enabled energy efficiency savings for the facility
