Submetering system for retail tenancy
The committee wanted to accurately measure electricity consumption but the original building design didn’t allow for all of the retail tenancy areas within the building to be submetered
We audited the circuits across several switchboards to determine which circuits needed to be submetered and then installed secondary distribution boards and metering equipment to enable accurate utility grade measurement of electricity consumption
