ipanema was struck during a lightning storm and suffered damage to multiple electrical and mechanical systems within the building
We assessed and reported on the damaged systems in the building to enable for an insurance claim to be processed and then proceeded with repairs to the lightning protection, surge protection, heat pump and telecommunications systems within the building
