Gabba Central wanted to negotiate better electricity rates with retailers and have the ability to offer rates to residents below market value
We analysed power consumption for the site to enable contract negotiations with retailers and then designed a separate switchboard and metering position for the residential towers that we built on site. Once activated this allowed all residents to lock in cheaper electricity below standard market rates
